So, I've been looking at these for about 2 years roughly, and she's right in my backyard. I really just need to go to her house when she has an open house in a few weeks. They look pretty awesome. She's taken the time to look at the economic and ecologic considerations as well as efficiency. So if you aren't digging the idea of updating your home, designing a home from scratch and figuring out what technologies to use or migrating to a more efficient but much smaller home, maybe you'll like these. They're prefabs, but not like any you'll see around.
